More Exchanges!

I had a great week! We actually got to have 2 exchanges this week!

For the first one, I went down to Zurich again and was with Elder Patterson! He has only been in the field for about a week, so I had to lead out a little bit when it came to navigating and speaking. I was nervous since I have only been in the field for a month, but luckily we didn't get lost and my basic German was helpful. We went street contacting with two other elders and actually had some success! I was nervous, but we had some good discussions with people and gave out a Book of Mormon!

We had another exchange the next day!  Elder Quinton and Elder Mika came here to Wettingen which was great. I went with Elder Mika to a dinner appointment with his great uncle who lived about 40 minutes from our apartment! We had raclette, which was a first for me! It is a pretty traditional Swiss meal and I have heard a lot about it for months now! After he played us a bunch of songs on his guitar and ukulele and we had a sing along and everything. It was actually one of my favorite moments so far on the mission!

Tomorrow we are actually meeting with a woman that we found over Facebook! Elder Field had posted in a group, and she responded saying she had lots of questions about Christianity and religion, so hopefully it'll go well! From that same post, someone asked us if we could come help out with some outside work this Saturday. We are finally having more success!

I know that the gospel is true, and that our lives here on earth have a purpose. "Don't wait to live. This isn't a rehearsal; this isn't a dry run; this isn't a pre performance routine. This is it. This is real life. Don't wait. Savor every minute." -Jeffrey R Holland

Bis später!
-Elder Jarnagin

Ps: we didn't go anywhere for p-day today, so there aren't many pictures. More to come next week!
