Cookie Deliveries

Elder Yospe had the great idea this week of making a ton of cookies to bring around to members and less actives! We took a couple hours one day and grinded out a bunch of cookies, 4 different flavors. We made a game plan of who we were going to visit and on Sunday we went to make our visits. We visited some members I already know well that Elder Yospe doesn't but they weren't home. We then picked a bunch of random people we both had never met or visited. Some people didn't live there anymore and some didn't answer the door (even though we could hear them). After about 12 different stops, we only got one man who answered the door and took the cookies. It was kinda sad in the moment but just like the classic mission phrase goes, "It's about finding the one." You never know, maybe this man will begin coming back to church! In the end, we still had plenty of cookies to bring to District Council, so it all worked out!

We also met this woman and her two cute dogs who lives in our same apartment building. One of her dogs came running up to me so I pet it and said hello which led to a good conversation, and then we ended up seeing and talking with her two more times this week!

We are currently in Salzburg for a couple days so we got to spend PDay today with the Salzburg elders! We went back to Hallstatt which Arendelle from Frozen is based off of! It was a gorgeous day and we all got cooked a little from being in the sun for so long but it was worth it.
That's basically it, everything is going amazing! I feel truly blessed to be living and serving in such a cool, beautiful part of the world. I have been able to meet so many cool people and learn so much about the world. Best of all, we get to share the gospel which is always a blessing.

Have a good week! Thanks for all the support!
